About
Hebrews 3:13 says, “But encourage one another daily, as long as it is called “Today,” so that none of you may be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness”. We all need encouragement. We all have moments where we feel weak. We have moments when we’re tired, discouraged and mainly just frustrated. If we continue to live discouraged, the bible says we will be hardened by sin’s deceitfulness. My goal is to help you get through those moments. I want to encourage you to live the best life you can. I want to help you live an encouraged life.
About Me
Around age 8, I began my walk with Christ and from that point on I’ve had a heart for ministry. I have many memories at a young age of singing, serving, being baptized and always being a part of the church in some way, shape or form. My roots are from a Baptist background, but have had the opportunity to be a part of other denominations which has given me a solid background and understanding of who Christ is in my life. My heart for serving has shown itself in many different areas, from pulling a trailer for setting up a mobile church to teaching small group leaders and coaches. But my true heart and passion is to encourage and pastor others in their walk with Christ.
I have been a part of RED Church since December 2014. I came on board as Administrative help as well as serving on the set up and tear down team for RED. Since then, I have served on many different teams including, Set up and Tear Down, Small Groups, Greeting, Sunday Morning Worship. I have also served and been a part of the planning of many different outreach events, including Christmas Eve services and Trunk or Treat. I continue to serve in the Connect area, helping guests get connected to some part of the church. I continue to teach, speak and encourage others at RED.
I have been married to Sara since 2003 and have two wonderful kids, Brayden and Mia. From taking walks, riding bikes, going to theme parks, or simply getting some ice cream, as a family we love to do fun things together. I have loving parents that spoil me and my family, and who have done right by me by raising me in the church.
Some of my hobbies include, playing or watching sports, movies and theme parks. I love God, love my family and hope that one day I will hear those words, “Well done, thy good and faithful servant”!
